Important: our engineers are aware of a technical issue which is between our automated email servers and Yahoo & AOL inboxes. We are working on the resolution and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
In the meantime, we need to manually reset your password from our side. Please send an email from your registered email address to support@learningonline.xyz and one of our support staff will reset your credentials.
We want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to have this resolved as soon as possible.
Our engineers are aware of a technical issue which is affecting a small number of our customers who purchase French. If you don't see the Level 3 in your account, it will be automatically added withing two hours of you registering. You do not need to do anyhting else, and the course will appear automatically.
Once you have created your account, you will receive a welcome email with a link to your learning platform so you can immediately start learning.
Our online courses are completely self-study and there are no teachers involved. You can take as long as you need and learn at your own pace. There are no time restrictions and your access doesn't expire.
You can start learning right away by logging in and going to My Courses in the top right-hand side corner (on mobiles: in the left corner menu.) Once there, make sure to scroll down, and you will see the courses which are enabled for your account. Click on one of the titles to view the course description and start learning. In some cases, the online course will open up in a new window. Please see screenshot below:
To request a refund for language courses offered through languageschool.newskillsacademy.co.uk, please contact New Skills Academy directly.
Your online course will be recorded as "complete" after you click on the Mark Complete button at the very bottom of the lesson page. Until then, it should automatically get you back to your previous lesson, as long as you are using the same browser to access the course.
Even after you have completed the course, you will still be able to get back to any of the lessons, and your access doesn't expire.
Don't worry if you accidentally marked your course as complete, this won't affect your access.
If you would prefer us to reset the progress, please email support@learningonline.xyz and one of our support staff will reset your account as soon as possible.

There is no specific time frame. Once you purchase a course, you will have an unlimited access which doesn't expire. You can take as long as you need to complete your online courses.
You can reach out directly to the New Skills Academy team who can deliver a professional, embossed printed copy of your certificate to you.
